Production Blog: Planning Blog Difficultly
Welcome back to my blog. In this blog I will talk about my planning blog. This was the second hardest part of my whole final task behind the storyboard which I will talk about next blog. To start off, my planning blog is one of the biggest parts of planning. First off, I had to create a schedule. My time frame was only a week long because I am filming over spring break. I feel confident I can get this done because I will film one fourth of the project in Florida and start the editing process. The location was easy because I had already thought that out. I will be filming in Florida and Colorado. The participants were difficult because I would be on vacation with my family. So, in the beginning I was going to use them, but then I got the good news 3 of my friends were coming also, so I will use them instead. One of the biggest considerations for filming in Colorado is the protection of my actors. For health and safety my actors will wear helmets and protective clothing. There are many props like skis and snowboards which we will rent, but some of the most important props are the items that will display the opening credits. Clothes were easy props to organize because the scenes are mostly mountain based and we would already have mountain wear. For the parts not on a mountain, we will wear gym clothes. A back up plan was very important for many reasons. First off if my flight was canceled, I would be in a lot of trouble. Also, if my friends could not make it the plan would be ruined. So, my back up plan is to keep the theft part but use skateboards and scooters instead of snowboards and skis. Thanks for reading my blog.
