  Welcome back to my blog. In this blog I will be talking about planning we have to do before spring break. I thought that we should look around my neighborhood for places to film. When I brought up this idea I said we should film at night but then my group mates reminded me that we all agreed to do it in the daytime. The reason for this was because we wanted to challenge conventions. in every other mystery we see someone being grabbed or something being stolen at night rather than in the day. This concept will make it easier for us to pick a location to film. The reason that it'll be easier is because we don't need to think about Street lights or any other bright light source. A couple days before spring break my group mates came over to my house to start looking for locations. I was looking for different locations and Luc reminded me that we were going to use a tree to cut off the skateboarder. So, it was me and Luc's job to find a big enough tree that we would be able to

  Hello and welcome back to my blog. In this blog I will talk about last minute changes that need to be made. Although in my last production blog I said that we would have to use our backup location we have decided to stay with our original plan of my house. The reason for this is because we do not need to film at night anymore because we are challenging conventions. As a group we all decided that it would be wise for us too film in the daytime rather than at night. The reason for this is because we thought we would challenge conventions. Normally in mystery movies we can see are subject being grabbed or killed during the night where it is dark and scary rather than in the day where it is light and fun. Another last-minute change that we had was the editing software that was going to be used. Previously in my projects we have used DaVinci which I stated in my last production blog. For this project we still do not have an editing software so we may need to go back to the da Vinci softwa

  Welcome back to my blog! In this blog I will talk more about my planning process. For my planning I had to do a storyboard script title research and health and safety. In my previous production blog I talked about the process that took place in order to make these blogs. In this blog I will talk about adjustments that were made in order have the filming process run smoothly. One major change we had is our location. Although we agreed on my house for a location, we needed to change the location for several reasons. One reason was because our back up location was easier for everyone to get to. Another reason we decide to change is because of lighting. The streets by our back up location are much darker than our previous location. Another important factor in our planning is the upcoming time change. On this Saturday the time will move forward one hour. This will cause it to be lighter later into the evening.   Welcome back to my blog. In this blog I will talk about the planning process that took place. My group mates and I worked very hard to plan out our final project. There were many steps that were involved in making our final project. One of the major things that we had to do was our storyboard. The storyboard is a scene-by-scene depiction of what we are going to film. This is very helpful when filming because we have something to go off of rather than just trying to throw it all together last minute. Another thing that was really helpful when planning was our title research because we were able to find similar movies and look at their opening scenes in order to get ideas of what we would like to do. This also helped with the storyboard because we were able to decide where to embed titles. It is very important to consider placement of where these titles should go.
