Group Blog for my music video

Welcome to my group blog for our music video! I can't to get started. For this project I am working with two of my former group members, Rhys and Luc. We have a new group member from another class. His name is Lucas, and he is in 10th grade like the rest of us. I chose to work with the same group members because I felt we worked together well last project. Lucas asked us if he could be in our group, and we said yes because we had worked on a project with him last year in Global Perspectives. We chose "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen. We wanted a song that would make it easy for us to tell a story. That's why we choose Don't stop me now The reason we chose this song was because it was upbeat and fun. Rhys wanted to do a song by Queen since he has a vinyl record. While we were looking through Queen songs, we narrowed it down to three possible songs. We first considered, "Don't Stop Me Now", second "Another One Bites the Dust" and third "Under Pressure". We ended up with "Don't Stop Me Know". Because we thought it told the best story for this project. I feel like our group will do better on the music video than we did on the commercial. We have more experience with the planning. Editing for My Final Task

  Welcome back to my blog! Today, I'm excited to talk about the editing process for my final task. Unlike last year, where I had a lot of help from my group, this year I'm alone. Last year, Rhys from my group took charge of most of the editing, and the video turned out great. However, this time around, I don't have that luxury. So, I had to figure it out on my own and I learned some new skills in the process. First things first, I scouted out different software options for editing. Many required payment or personal information. I then stumbled upon CapCut, which turned out to be a great choice. Once I imported my clips and added them to the software, along with the opening credits I'd already prepared, I was surprised to find that my footage exceeded five minutes. Production Blog: Planning

  Welcome back to my blog. In this blog I will talk about the planning process that took place. My group mates and I worked very hard to plan out our final project. There were many steps that were involved in making our final project. One of the major things that we had to do was our storyboard. The storyboard is a scene-by-scene depiction of what we are going to film. This is very helpful when filming because we have something to go off of rather than just trying to throw it all together last minute. Another thing that was really helpful when planning was our title research because we were able to find similar movies and look at their opening scenes in order to get ideas of what we would like to do. This also helped with the storyboard because we were able to decide where to embed titles. It is very important to consider placement of where these titles should go.
